Musical Abilities
During my time as a musician and music teacher, I practiced professionalism and expressed my creativity through my trumpet. I attended classes that taught me stage etiquette, teamwork, website development, as well as many others. While many videos were collaborations with others, this is one I owned. This performance was from 2015, shortly after graduating from my music diploma program.
Intercultural Engagement
An ultimate contribution to my love of multiculturalism was my trip to Italy and Germany back in 2016. I am currently attending classes that showcase my love for learning about new cultures.
Advocacy
I am a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community, a frequent Gutsy Walk participant for Crohn’s and Colitis Canada, and a supporter of the Black Live Matter movement, repairing Canada’s relationship with the Indigenous peoples, and the ongoing topics of mental health.
Writing
Whether it was writing a piece of music, a blog post, or a journal entry, I have always found writing to be a great source of sharing my thoughts and opinions with others.
